At Explor.gr, we are dedicated to offering exceptional touristic experiences, including safaris, sailing excursions, hiking adventures, and more. To provide the best service for all our guests and partners, we maintain a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy.


Cancellation Policy

All experience bookings (e.g., tours, activities, excursions) must be cancelled at least five (5) full calendar days prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance: Non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals: Non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible at info@explor.gr.


Refund Process

If your cancellation meets the refund criteria:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow a reasonable processing time; bank or credit card delays may apply.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing delays are common.

Sale and Promotional Bookings

Bookings made under special offers, promotions, or discounts are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation notice period.
