Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation Policy – Payments

1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract he has concluded with the Company, unreasonably in accordance with the terms of the following paragraphs:

1.1.1. One-day excursions-activities

Notice for cancellation of participation in the “activity”Refund Policy
15 and more calendar days before the start date of the “activity”Full refudof the amount paid. 
6 to 14 calendar days before the start date of the “activity” Refund of 75% of the amount paid. 
3 to 5 calendar days before the start date of the “activity”  Refund of 30% of the amount paid
0 up to 2 calendar days before the start date of the “activity” THERE IS NO REFUND

Anyone who has declared participation in an activity can notify in time for the cancellation of their participation in this activity by sending a message in the email: [email protected]. Any other way is deemed unacceptable.

In any case, if the Customer does not appear at the activity, without any notification, the Company reserves the right to keep the entire amount paid without any obligation for a refund.

The Customer will also have to pay any premiums and modification charges that arose prior to cancellation.

In the case of large GROUPS, different terms may apply which will be clearly stated in the individual contract between the Company and each tour-operator on a case by case basis.

2.1.2.Multi-day excursions:

Cancellation more than 45 calendar days before the start date of the “activity”The Company will reimburse the entire amount paid except 50% of the deposit to cover the management costs and cancellation fees of hoteliers and other major service providers. 
45-30 calendar days before the start date of the “activity” The Company will reimburse the entire amount paid except 100% of the deposit to cover the management costs and cancellation fees of hoteliers and other main services.
29-20 calendar days before the start date of the “activity” The Company will return 35% of the total amount paid. 
19-0 calendar days before the start date of the “activity” THERE IS NO REFUND

Anyone who has declared participation in an activity can notify in time for the cancellation of their participation in this activity by sending a message in the email: [email protected]. Any other way is deemed unacceptable.

In any case, if the Customer does not appear at the activity, without any notification, the Company reserves the right to keep the entire amount paid without any obligation for a refund.

For the payment of the respective excursion packages, the Company sends to the Customer a payment link of the contracting bank in the email stated by the Customer during the reservation. This link is active for 3 calendar days.

In case the Customer does not pay within the specified days, then he is excluded from the trip according to the terms and conditions above.

2.1.3. Exceptions:

In case of force majeure as defined in article 3 hereof which makes the operation of the activity impossible, the company does not enforce the cancellation policy above.

The Customer in case of a force majeure incident may:

  1. Choose any other activity from the existing activities organized by the company of equal value or by paying the difference of the amount and within 1 year.
  2. Choose another date for the same activity. The dates are selected and proposed by the Company.
  3. Choose to refund the full amount, if this has been agreed no later than the night before the scheduled day of activity.
